Online Assembly
It was an amazing session with staff and students numbering to about 200 participation.
Hosted by Mr. Tshering Dean of Academic from Punakha the assemble kickstarted with a welcome speech by our president Mr. Lhato Lamba with inspiring words of wisdom.
Basically, the session to check how many students could join the meeting remotely and clear them their doubts on the academic session being held online the effect form today.
following are the points discussed as a Q&A session during the meeting:
1. Students will be assisted with data recharge for those who want data else the stipend will be sent to their bank account. so, that students should send their bank account details to the management ASAP. P.S you don't have to worry about losing data.
2. All the tests and exams requiring pen and paper will be suspended until further notice or students are requested to get in touch with their respective module tutor for further information. P.S VLE exam goes on as it is.
3. The tutor will upload the necessary video in VLE along with exercise to submit after the class to mark their participation. With the suggestion from students. the submission will be extended to the next morning to make use of mid-night unlimited data. If students have doubt they can schedule an online session to clear their doubts. P.S this being said does not mean that all the delivery of the class will be the same. please get in touch with your tutor for further details.
4. Students were asked to notify if they have any issues related to academics online for further assistance from the college. 5. Students were also asked to write to Library management with reference from the morning assemble to further extend their library book submission.
